As a small business owner, I am aware that it is because we ship relatively few machines each year that we are not up to speed on all the paperwork, terminology, procedures and processes that collectively go into making the move of an item run smoothly.

Tersano has been working with Trade Link for approximately 3 years to accommodate our freight needs. They are able to ship to any location in Canada and the United States. In fact they provided us with service to ship to our Buffalo warehouse quickly and economically, by bringing product by ship into Vancouver and train to Buffalo New York. They also provide us with excellent service and freight rates from Asia to our California warehouse.
 
Trade Link makes our shipments easy and effortless, as they contact our manufacturer to prepare bookings and to pick up the freight and once it arrives they ship immediately to our warehouse. They work really well with our customs brokers to ensure we do not incur any delays in shipping. Most of our containers arrive within 15 to 20 days at our California warehouse and within 30 days at our Buffalo warehouse.
 
Tersano makes many requests for quotations on LCL or air freight shipments from Trade Link. They are able to tap into their freight network and find us the best rates and shipping times, which benefits our business in times of need.
